Cooking Instructions 

If frozen - defrost over night in the fridge

1kg Roasts

Our roasts are already cooked and ready to eat cold or you can warm them up from chilled see below:

Oven

• Unwrap, Baste with oil in foil in oven 160  degrees for 15 minutes, take off foil baste again and cook without foil for a further 5 mins. Slice and service

Microwave

• Leave in wrapping, cook for 8 mins on regular setting. Carefully take off packaging, slice and serve.

500g Roasts

Our roasts are already cooked and ready to eat cold or you can warm them up see below:

Vegan Pies , Scotch Eggs

All goods  are already cooked and ready to eat cold or you can warm them up see below:

Oven 

• Cook in oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes

Boiled Eggs

Ready to eat, and can be added to meals at the end of cooking. 

To warm up: Microwave for 30 seconds

​What's the Shelf Life of your products?

• Roasts -  10 days chilled, 12 months  frozen

• Pies/Yorkshire Puddings - 8 days chilled, 6 months frozen

• Scotch Eggs - 8 days chilled - not suitable for freezing

• Boiled Eggs - 5 days chilled - not suitable for freezing

• Cake Jars + Cake Bites - 14 days if stored in airtight container once opened - Frozen 3 months

• Scratchings - 3 months once opened  if stored in air tight container
